-Two Panorama League Baseball teams will be seeking berths into State Tournaments on Monday.

  The Curlew Cougars will play the Almira/Coulee-Hartline Warriors in a Winner to State Loser

   Out contest at University High School in Spokane Valley.  Game time is 10:00 AM.  Across town at

   Whitworth University's Merkel Field the St. George's Dragons will face the Northwest Christian

   Crusaders in one 2B District Semifinal at 10:00 AM.  Finally the Northport Mustangs, having already

   qualified for State, look to win the 1B District Championship against the Odessa Tigers at 12:00 PM at

-The St. Michael's Warriors and the Selkirk Rangers captured the Panorama League Softball

  Championships Saturday afternoon in Kettle Falls.  For the Warriors this is their 1st League Championship

  in Softball.  Congratulations to both teams as they and their Panorama League sisters compete next week

  in the District Tournaments.  Schedules can be found for both tournaments in the Softball folder.

 

-At Colville High School on Saturday the St. George's Boys and Girls Track teams successfully defended

  their Panorama League Championships in convincing fashion.  Good luck to all those advancing to their

  respective District meets on Tuesday May 13 at Spokane Falls Community College.  Full results from the

  League Championship meet can be found in the Track folder.

 

-The 2008 Panorama League Softball and Baseball All-Opponent Teams have been unveiled in the Softball

  and Baseball Folders.  Congratulations to all those selected, and especially to Heather Pope of Selkirk who

  is named League Softball MVP, to Softball Coach of the Year Melanie Rose of Columbia (Hunters), and

  Baseball Coach of the Year Don Baribault of Northport.

 

-The schedule for the 2008 State 1B and 2B Track and Field Championships at Woodward Field on the

  campus of Eastern Washington University for Friday May 23rd and Saturday May 24th can now be linked

  to in the Track Folder.
